CANCELLATION
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
[This does not apply to Non Refundable Bookings – see T & C’s below for Non Refundable bookings]
Guests will be charged for the first night if they cancel in the 48 hours before arrival.
NON REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS
The full price of the booking will be taken at the time of booking your accommodation.
If you cancel, amend or modify the booking or don’t show up, the fee will be the total price of the reservation. Regrettably there can be no exceptions to this and refunds will not be given.
Non Refundable Reservations are not available with our ‘3 FOR 2’ OFFER.
Non Refundable bookings are not available on all dates and have limited availability.

The Riviera Town House accepts the following methods of payment – VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SOLO, SWITCH, or CASH.
The Riviera Town House reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
The Riviera Town House reserves the right, on occasion, to charge the first night prior to arrival.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
CHILDREN & EXTRA BED POLICY
All children are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the bedrooms.
There is no capacity for extra people in the bedrooms.
PARKING
There is on street parking in the square outside the property.

Please obtain a parking scratch card from reception for £7.00 which
is valid for the day of purchase and until 1.30 p.m. the following day.
Blue Badge holders can park in this area free of charge.
There are also several multi storey car parks very close to the
property ranging in price up to £12.00 for 24 hours.

Reservation is not possible in any of the above, however, guests should to be able to park happily in one of the options.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Riviera Town House is a 200 year old town house in the centre of Scarborough. Due to the age of the building some guests may experience difficulty navigating the stairways to the Breakfast Room and the front door. There are 6 steps up to the front door. There are 12 steps down to the Breakfast Room which the lift does not access. There are also further internal steps/stairs which may be difficult to navigate. The passenger lift is from the ground floor to all bedrooms. Our property may not be suitable for guests who have walking difficulties. Please contact us for more information.
POLICIES OF THE RIVIERA TOWN HOUSE
We regret we do not take all male, all female or large groups/parties of guests.
We do not take ‘Stag or Hen’ parties.
We operate a quiet hours policy which requires guests to be quiet between the hours of 10.00pm and 8.00am.

Pets are not allowed.
